Today I have SO many images to share with you from Katie’s senior sessions. She was such a pleasure to have on our model team and I had so much fun on sessions with her and her mom.

Check out a bit of a throwback to WARMER weather when it was completely comfortable to hop in the water for some fun looks.

Katie was able to make it to a number of our senior model pop up sessions to do some images in the rain, in the beautiful fall leaves, and even underwater!

Seriously, are these people not just gorgeous?!!? Britnie made my day when she came in for her consultation talking about how she knew she’d wanted me to photographer her wedding since she was in high school. I’m honored to be joining in their wedding day later this year and had an amazing time creating their family/engagement images this fall.

I’m so excited to show off Haley on the blog today. This is her full album design which was a really fun one to create. Albums are still my favorite products since they let us show of soo much of your session with dozens (if not hundreds sometimes) of your images all in one practical easy to keep and share product. | Cassidy | Central A & M High School Class of 2019 Senior Portrait Model |

The lovely Ms. Cassidy’s time in the spotlight on the blog has arrived. She’s pretty used to the spotlight being quite the accomplished pageant gal. She was so much fun to photograph and we kicked things off before her senior session with a short pageant session for her Miss Teen of Illinois title… you might remember it (see it HERE).

We incorporated a few throwbacks into her session not only to her childhood (see the images of her as an adorable pigtail clad kiddo below) but also a throwback to her mother’s senior portraits. Her mom had a similar image to the one below taken on a purple backdrop so as a little surprise for her Cassidy wanted to do one image to recreate that.

We packed SO much into Cassidy’s session that we were racing the sunlight by this time of the evening and believe it or not it was nearly dark by this time so wanting to finish in the water and with the paint I got back in touch with my inner artist to throw some body paint all over while we both laughed. It was a pretty fun end to a great session for sure!

I’ve had so much fun with the class of 2019 and am so excited for what’s in store with the class of 2020/21 (especially with the first shoots at the NEW studio!). 2020/21 grads you can apply NOW to be a senior model at www.sjanephotoraphy.com!

| Abigail | Warrensburg-Latham High School Senior Portraits | Class of 2019 |

Today I get to share the lovely Ms. Abigail with you all. We had a beautiful day at Allerton for her session (doesn’t that sunshine look inviting this week!?!?) and she was so great in front of the camera, aren’t her blue eyes just stunning?!?! Her and her mom were such a pleasure to work with and I’m so glad they loved so many of her images.

One of my favorite parts about senior gal sessions is that most ladies bring their moms along for the experience (many of our senior guys do too!). It always warms my heart seeing these senior’s mommas help with this big milestone session and I remember my momma coming along for my senior experience too. I can still remember sitting down with mom for the first meeting with my senior photographer and being so excited that I was going to have him create my portraits (Childress Portrait Design was the go to place in my home town for senior portraits!).
